According to the Official Journal of the European Union, L 111, 8 April 2022 new restrictions are introduced in the EU against Russia and Belarus because of aggression against Ukraine and destabilizing actions.

The EU restricted the carries established in RU and BY to make freight tasks in and from the territory of the EU. Please see the related regulations and decisions below.
